I won't be doing new release for this, but you can compile it yourself.
Why do you need .pdb files though? Is it failing?

Hi,

I don't mean the pdb from LibZ.

I have one execute able File and 10 Dll. All from then have also a PDB file.
When we try to find an Error inside our System, it is easy to find it with Debug line information.

ILMerge inlcude PDB's but LibZ is better, and we saw that it is faster. But then we lose StackTrace information, because
LibZ don't inlcude the Project *.PDB.

The quick answer is: I don't know how to do this.

Although,
  1. If you use Scenario 6: Using source only approach (no instrumentation at all) [https://libz.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Usage%20scenarios&referringTitle=Documentation] approach your .pdb files will be perfectly matching your assemblies, so you can just include those. Although, I believe you want them embedded as well.
  2. I googled for "embedding .pdb in .exe" and I came back with no helpful answers. Sorry :-(
  3. I found this [http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1934/Post-Mortem-Debugging-Your-Application-with-Minidu] article which seems to be presenting slightly different approach with no .pdb files.
